Clary Sage has always been famous for its ability to help tired and strained eyes, and to improve vision. This is my favourite oil when it comes to a quick pick-me-up. Use it whilst stopping smoking to ease irritability, panic, cravings and night sweats. It is good to massage yourself with Clary Sage in a carrier oil in the days leading up to any surgery you may have, especially if you suffer with high blood pressure. To soothe tired eyes, add 3 drops of Clary Sage to a warm damp flannel and place over closed eyes for 10 minutes.

Clary Sage is not in any of my products, but you could add to Muscle Melt at bedtime after a really stressful/hormonal/painful day.
Avoid in pregnancy or if you suffer from low blood pressure. Do not use if taking Alcohol or narcotics. Control the use of this oil as it can lead to headaches and drowsiness.
