Grapefruit is my firm favourite oil out of all the Citrus oils – it is so uplifting, sweet and tangy whilst being a valuable protector against infections and illness. Grapefruit oil and other citrus oils have a positive effect on the lymphatic system which plays a role in your bodys detoxification mechanism. Using these oils can help boost the activity of Lymph glands. Always be careful not to over-use Grapefruit oil in the bath to help with cellulite, as it will feel like you are in the bath with piranhas. Burn with Patchouli before meal times to stop over eating.
