When I ask people “Do you use aromatherapy?”, the answer is quite often no.

When I ask people “Do you wear perfume/aftershave?”, the answer is quite often yes.

Egyptian perfumesIn ancient Egypt, people would wear a pomade on their head, which would be a wax cone infused with a blend of rose and other essential oils, and as the heat from the body melted the wax, the floral aromas were released.

Today, smelling really amazing is so much easier and it is still predominantly based on essential oils.

I have listed my favourite scents for you to see how you are using aromatherapy without realisation.

My top three favourite perfumes are Samara, Hypnotic poison, and Ghost. All three perfumes contain Jasmine and Sandal wood. These are the two essential oils I’m least fond of, so it really surprised me that both are in my uppermost favourite fragrances. I love the way they are blended!

*WARNING* After looking at the make up of ANGEL male and female products you may feel hungry!

The face care products I have launched myself, are based around the essential oil geranium.  It’s known as the female oil and has phenomenal properties that are incredible for hormonal issues and is of course superb for your skin.

The healing creams in my range are based around Lavender & Honey.

I love every single product in my range and no two smell alike.

Within aftershaves/perfumes many common elements are shared, after reading this, can you identify any of these ingredients within your favourite fragrances?
